At Pro-Acoustics, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. As a marketplace, we serve as an intermediary between customers and vendors, facilitating transactions. Please note that Pro-Acoustics is not directly responsible for the products sold by vendors. Below is our policy for refunds and returns.
1. Returns Eligibility
Customers may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
- The item was purchased directly from the Pro-Acoustics platform.
- The product is defective or incorrect (wrong item received).
- The return request is initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return or refund:
- Contact Customer Support: Customers must submit a return request via our website or customer support email, including their order number and reason for the return.
- Vendor Review: Pro-Acoustics will act as an intermediary, notifying the vendor of the issue and facilitating communication between both parties. The vendor will review the request, which may take up to 5 business days.
- Return Shipping: If the return is approved, the vendor will provide instructions for return shipping. Shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Packaging: Products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit.
3. Refunds
Refunds are only applicable when:
- The customer receives a defective or incorrect product.
- The vendor has reviewed and approved the return request.
Once the return is approved and processed:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the product is returned to the vendor.
Important: Pro-Acoustics is not responsible for any disputes related to refunds or returns between the customer and vendor. We will act as a mediator and do our best to help resolve conflicts.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or defective:
- Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Customers can request either a refund or a replacement.
The vendor will be responsible for assessing the claim and providing a resolution.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund, depending on the vendor’s policy.
6. Vendor Responsibility
Pro-Acoustics serves as an intermediary and is not directly responsible for resolving disputes. The vendors on our platform are responsible for fulfilling orders correctly and handling returns for defective or incorrect items. We will make every effort to facilitate communication and help resolve any issues, but the final responsibility lies with the vendor.
7. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises concerning a return or refund:
- Pro-Acoustics will mediate between the customer and vendor to reach an amicable resolution.
However, Pro-Acoustics is not liable for the outcome of the dispute. We encourage both customers and vendors to provide clear and timely communication.
